South Wind Motel is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Kure Beach, NC

```Overview```

We are a family run oceanfront motel looking for someone available weekends and especially Sundays to help run the front desk and occasionally pitch in with laundry or light housekeeping as needed. Hospitality or customer service experience preferred and basic computer ability required.

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments

- Assist with reservations and room assignments

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

```Experience```

- Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services

- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
